After trying out both of these items, I would only recommend the ice roller. The ice roller is great quality and very durable. I've used it so many times and often just leave it in the freezer for when I use it next. It stays cold for a fairly long amount of time (enough for a morning de-puff) and is very easy to clean. The gua sha on the other hand was a miss for me. The gua sha wasn't very polished and was a bit rough. Thus, when using it to massage my face, it did not glide at all on my skin and rather just tugged at it. Only when I used an abundant amount of cream did it not tug at my skin. But, when the cream was (quickly) absorbed, it went back to tugging at my skin. Overall, I've only incorporated the ice roller into my regular skin care routine.
